Design Open is a platform to decode emergence, sense culture shifts in organisations and people! We primarily focused on what’s next in business, the future of entrepreneurship, transforming leadership and what’s next in education to build a global community of leaders and design catalysts.
As a part of the core team, I was responsible for building the brand and communication, curating themes, speakers and workshops for our different editions. We created DO around themes which go beyond ‘what was’ or ‘what is’, to define ‘what can be’.
Today the community is now 5000 members strong with Innovators, Creators, Leaders, Designers, Social Scientists and Change makers with WDO, IxDA, Microsoft, Cumulus, Kochi and Hyderabad Design Week as our partners.

Happy
During the pandemic we took Design Open online every alternate Friday with an aim to emerge from the crisis, together! To stay positive and spread happiness. Design Open Happy was a light hearted effortless effort to sense the temperature of the planet. Connecting the dots between Bengaluru, Brussels and everywhere else.
This edition sharply engaged with leaders from India, Nigeria, Finland, US, Canada and UK as they shared their perspectives and ideas on how can we navigate these challenging times, to reimagine, rethink and calibrate the future together with Design?

Creative Mornings is a breakfast series for the creative community. To celebrate a city’s creative talent and promote an open space to connect with like-minded individuals.
Fresh coffee, friendly people, interesting breakfast attracted me towards volunteering for Creative Mornings, Oslo. This incredibly diverse group helped me broaden my cultural horizons. I got to assist in organizing the events and creative talks, making promotional posters and collaterals and contribute in the making of the below teaser.
